1. Acceptance

By downloading or using VIBE – AI Video Generator (“VIBE”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. What VIBE Is

VIBE is a mobile application that lets users generate short AI video clips from text prompts and uploaded photos using a variety of third-party AI video models (Sora 2, Google Veo 3.1, Kling, Seedance, etc.). VIBE is a tool for creative exploration and concept generation. It is not a professional video production platform.

3. Your Content & Generated Videos

You retain ownership of the photos and prompts you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights to any source material. Generated videos are provided to you for your personal and commercial use subject to the licensing terms of the underlying AI model providers. Always check the specific model terms inside the app before using generated videos commercially.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VIBE to create content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. AI Output Quality & Limitations

AI video results vary depending on prompt quality, source images, chosen model, and technical factors. We do not guarantee perfect realism, specific lengths, or commercial usability. See the in-app model descriptions for guidance.

6. Third Party Services

VIBE relies on multiple AI video generation providers. Your use of those models is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Links to current providers are available in the app.

7. Updates & Termination

We can update these terms or the app at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

VIBE is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or generated videos.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rocket Digital operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
